3. Heavy Lifting Disclaimer: Our cleaning team does not perform heavy lifting or move large furniture items such as sofas, beds, or heavy appliances. If these areas require cleaning, please move items prior to our arrival.
4. Biohazard Disclaimer: We do not handle or clean biohazard materials, including but not limited to blood, bodily fluids, and medical waste. Specialized services are required for such materials.
5. Pest Control Disclaimer: Our cleaning services do not include pest control. Clients are responsible for arranging separate pest control services if needed.
6. Personal Items Disclaimer: Our cleaning team does not organize or declutter personal items such as clothing, toys, or paperwork. We ask that personal items be put away to allow for effective cleaning.
7. Outdoor Areas Disclaimer: Our standard cleaning services do not cover outdoor areas such as patios, decks, or garages.
8. Height Restrictions Disclaimer: We do not clean areas that require the use of ladders higher than two steps. This includes high ceilings, skylights, and high shelves.
9. Unreachable Areas Disclaimer: Our team does not clean areas that are not easily accessible, such as behind heavy appliances or inside tight spaces."
10. Unclogging Drains Disclaimer: We do not provide plumbing services, including unclogging drains or toilets. Please contact a licensed plumber for these needs.
11. Pet Waste Disclaimer: Our cleaning team does not handle or clean pet waste. Please ensure that all pet waste is properly disposed of before our arrival.
12. Windows Disclaimer: Upgraded option for window cleaning only includes the interior of the window, not the exterior of the window.
13. Deep Cleaning Disclaimer: Standard cleaning does not include deep cleaning tasks such as oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, or carpet shampooing. These services are available at an additional cost.
